I'm mainly agreeing with this guy but what Cooh posted about Sasuke doing a genjutsu while showing his MS confuses me. :S

Also, when he fought bee and he used his genjutsu his eyes started hurting him, which means it has to be a MS tech so it's Tsukiyomi

every evidence you posted was sasuke using a sharingan genjutsu,but never was described as tsukuyomi.
look at this panel,when itachi used tsukuymi it was written tsukuyomi in the page,but look how sasuke's so called tsukuyomi described by kishimoto in the same panel itachi's tsukuyomi was deployed.sharingan genjutsu.

the colors doesn't matter,it's an illusion it can create anything,what matters is time manipulation,itachi as 13 years old used tsukuyomi and manipulated time within it right after awakening it,if sasuke had it he should do the same,yet he never did,why simple because he never awakened tsukuyomi,he awakened blaze release instead.

Colors are the prime evidence. No other genjutsu has inverted colors. Coincidence?
Time manipulation depends on skill not jutsu, hence manipulation

uchihas can still use genjutsu in MS,matter of fact any MS genjutsu is stronger than a normal 3T one because of the power of love/hate thingy tobirama talked about and every use of the MS eye affects the user,not to mention sasuke wasn't accustomed to the MS yet since it was the first time he used it back then.

well but you didn't explain why his eye hurt, MS starts hurting the user when they use MS techs, so why is Sasukes eye hurting in that panel if it isn't a MS tech? (just having his MS on doesn't cause any pain)

True, but genjutsu sasuke used vs bee caused huge pain, genjutsu used vs danzo didnt, plus the colors.
He has tsukuyomi he just not skilled enough with time manipulation.

Well I wouldn't consider enton a MS tech he just shape manipulates his amaterasu like his chidori.
But right, wouldn't make any sense if we discuss that further, we'll find out sooner or later I guess.

If you're thinking that Sasuke will or can use it against the Juubi forget it, The Amount of Chakra the Juubi can put out can cause a back feed to Sasuke causing Him damage as the Juubi uses the chakra to dispel the genjutsu. As Kurama told Naruto you can't measure whats immeasurable when Naruto tried to see how much Natural energy the Juubi has.

and lastly about enton,it's a MS ability,look here he clearly uses his right eye to manipulate the flames.notice the blood vessels,which didn't appear when he used the genjutsu on bee.

notice every time a MS jutsu is used blood vessels always appear,when sasuke used genjutsu on bee they didn't,but when he used amaterasu and blaze release they appeared.why because some were MS jutsus that requires a lot of concentration,and the others were not.

Seems more like the pain was there because Bee broke the genjutsu [And thus avoided the effects]. Even if Sasuke did not have Tsukuyomi prior to transplanting Itachi's eyes, he would have it now. Bunk argument.

"Time manipulation" is something that depends on the intention of the user.
