Her handspeed is good, but her movement speed is shitty. She has like 2, 5 points in the databook while Sakura has the same stats as Hiruzen.

Sakura is faster than Hinata, even smarter, stronger, has more stamina, faster hand seals and better genjutsu (or genjutsu breaking). There is a tie in ninjutsu and, finally, Hinata has better taijutsu, but just per half point...
Overall, Sakura has 26 points, while Hinata only has 21.5.
Sorry, i like both of them, but facts are facts, blame Kishi for it...
