why women dont have sharingan theory

I believe that the sharingan is mainly fueled by testosterone. Thus since women lack a large amount of it they don't have the ability to unlock it even though their brains have the same capabilities as male uchiha. Therefore the more testosterone the stronger the eye which may be why sakura commented Sasuke had to have taken drugs at the beginning of shippuden. He was given testosterone supplements to strengthen his eyes and body.

I for one would love to see how a female Uchiha would use the Sharingan.

Probably conservatively, waiting until the opponent wears themself out, then strike via Ninjutsu/ Genjutsu combo.
