Just because kakashi graduated academy faster doesn't mean that obito is older.
Kakashi was a tier higher than obito and rin so maybe he already did missions while both of them where at academy.
So its really biased answer just because he graduated faster...

That's only presuming, cuz there is no proof of it.

Obito being the same age as Kakashi can't really be also proven, but it's much more rational thinking that they are the same age.

Obito wasn't 14 when he faced Minato, he was 18. But 14 yo Obito was still overpowered though, eventhough he lacked skills, and didn't train with Madara yet, so i'd say any kage level could have defeated him, maybe even high jounins
