There is a possibility that Naruto will surpass the So6Ps

Naruto has worked around every obstacle, become stronger to defeat the present enemy and never given up (typical Shōnen Main character).

It is quite possible that there will be Naruto vs Obito one on one, and the way the manga is going it has a very dark vs light affect about their powers, this is the way I see it so far:

Dark
Juubi
Rinnegan
Sharingan
Wood style
Hashirama cells

Light
Rasengan (all forms)
BM/KCM
Sage mode

Obito seems to be taking on a lot of aspects of the Sage of 6 Path's abilities and attributes whereas Naruto powers are taking a very unique direction.

With Naruto's current power I don't think he has a hope in hell against Obito. So this is me speculising on what Naruto's next power will be:

Sage mode BM

Combining his sage mode with Kyuubi chakra. There were hints of this in the Pain arch, even though it was only a little bit of Kyuubi's chakra, it was indeed strong enough to easily resist Nagato's attempt to control Naruto.

A type of Dojutsu

Sharingan is a very dark Kekkei Genkai, its evolution is triggered from hatred, despair, pain and greed. It makes me think that there is a mirror side to its evolution that no Uchiha has ever achieved. But Naruto has overcome hatred and is very pure hearted so maybe if somehow he obtained Sasuke's eyes he would find a new Dojutsu.

Maybe after recieving Kurama's second half, he'll become the complete Sage and gain access to his powers and create another moon to seal him in.

It's a possibility but I don't see Naruto gaining any of the sages powers because only his enemies have had them so far and Naruto has been heading in a different direction with getting stronger.

the only way for naruto to be stronger than So6p, would be for naruto to be a perfect junchuuriki of the juubi where the rikudo wasn't. Pefect>Imperfect jinchuuriki.
