True but they are in a 2-man team. Gai can make his speed battle with Raikage while Kakashi finishes Tsunade and come back to seal the deal with A if Gai didn't kill him already

If Kakashi takes out Tsunade with kamui before the Yondaime Raikage can blitz him, then team 1 wins (Kakashi would still get blitzed later on, but I personally believe that Gai in the 6th Gate is more powerful than the Yondaime Raikage).

When Gai opens up the gates then what's the Raikage gonna do

depends on the amount of gates, i would say he could keep up with 7th Gate, 8th would be tougher tho, but just because you're fast doesn't mean that you can react to it, on the other hand we do know that Ay does have reactions equal to Minato's. Kakashi can't keep up with Ay, Gai might be able to, and Tsunade just punches into the ground and creates crater and summons Katsuyu who will spit acid around

- Guy could possibly overpower Tsunade if he went full 8 gates due to his speed (I still give Tsunade the advantage on pure physical strength even with Guy + 8Gates). But 8 gates have drawbacks and Tsunade would just hide inside Katsuyu or heal herself until Guy's power ran out and he dies. Or she can clobber him then.
- Likewise, Kakashi's mangekyo sharingan + raikiri might be able to take on Ay evenly. But Kakashi only has so much chakra until he tires out and Ay can hold his Lightning Armor for much much longer.

I think it all comes down to stamina with this match-up. While Kakashi and Guy can hold their own and even perform incredible feats that might bring down stronger opponents, they tire more easily compared to Tsunade and Ay. Their strongest abilities (Mangekyo Sharingan and 8 Gates) leave them very weak if their attacks don't finish off their enemies. Tsunade and Ay, on the other hand, may not have the flashiest attacks but they have incredible stamina and defenses. It would take A LOT to bring these two down individually, let alone together. I doubt Kakashi and Guy would be able to do so.

6th Gate? you're trying to basically say that 30% of Kisame is stronger or on the same level as Ay? cause Gai had to enter 7th Gate to beat Kisame (and even his 30%)

A doesn't always start with V2. He didn't even use it from the start against Sasuke when he was even bloodlusted at that moment. V2 requires Bijuu level chakra, so it's not something that A can use very often. Reason why he only use it for decisive attacks, and if he doesn't use V2, he can't blitz someone as fast as Kakashi. The Sharingan will troll him like it happened during the kage summit against Sasuke, but even worse since Raikiri is stronger

You talk about an arm which is not a vital point. Regardless of his durability, if he gets pierce through the heart, he dies. And Kakashi is stated to use Sharingan even better than most Uchihas regardless of the number of Sharingan he has. He even schooled Obito in CQC who had both Sharingan and Rinnengan
