I am not getting in to this; both have great chances but we have not much knowledge in them in part 2 to judge their skills.

However; if they ever had a chance to have an all-out battle; Lee would win imo (also for "loser surpassing the genius" thing; and he would be skilled enough imo)

It depends. . .Really. It's. . .Far too close a call. But I sort of always imagined Lee was superior to Neji once he entered the gates. . . But. . . I. .Don't exactly know. . . All's I do know. . Is that Kimimaro is superior to both of them....

But Lee can't kill her And as I proved, Katsuyu can outnumber him.

In one of his threads, Tazzilla proved Konoha has more than 10.000 villagers and Katsuyu was protecting almost everyone. So how can Lee deal with thousands of slugs without salt? XD

As i proved; outnumbering does not mean a shit when you can't do a thing to another individual; and i never once stated that he would defeat Katsuyu; he would take down Sakura and she was the one that should be defeated; not Katsuyu.
And i am pretty sure Lee can acces to salt if he wants; not that Katsuyu is the opponentXD

So Ebisu and Anko can beat Lee and Chouji? The usage of rank fails because the reason why Lee is still stuck as a chunin is because he can't always use gates to improve his abilities and he also lacks the intelligence as well as leadership qualities.

Power wise, he is a high jounin level ninja capable of blitzing most jounins.

I'll give it to Lee high difficulty.
