Hey base, GrayParadise with another prediction here.
As we know (or I hope we do), it has been confirmed Sasuke is on par with KCM Naruto.
Having realized this, Sasuke is at his prime right now, using EMS. Naruto however is not, using KCM and holding off the BM extension until he needs it.
Sasuke and Naruto's final fight have been hyped this entire series, his battle with the man with powerful eyes as the Elder Toad predicted. And since that man definitely is no longer Obito, we can assume it's Sasuke.
Now how can Sasuke hope to fight Naruto at his current level? Surely he'll be stomped. This is why he will need another powerup... and Juugo will be his access to it.
Sasuke still has slight traits of the cursemark
Before when Sasuke recieved Oro's cursemark, it was said to have derived from Juugo's clan and their unique ability to absorb the energy around them, nature energy. This was more or less the same ability the curse mark used when it was activated, thus required practice to control before being used since nature energy was hard to handle. Furthermore, we can also assume that Juugo's clan was very closely connected to the Dragon Cave where Kabuto studied Sage Mode... that's where the source of their rage came from anyway.
So we can assume that Oro's cursemarks were an offshoot, as they were a secondhand source. I say this is a secondhand source, because he himself didn't have the body to bear all that energy that their clan had from the Dragon Cave, so he could only consume it in doses, doses he handed out to his henchman and Sasuke, the cursemarks.
Moving on.
In order to gain Juugo's ability, you must train at the cafe. Oro's seal was an offshoot of this ability... a weaker brand. Juugo was the host, the real deal.
As so, he has the ability to absorb nature energy. This process and the ascention of it is also known as what?
Correct, sage mode.
Now I'm not saying Sasuke, or even Juugo for that matter can actually access it. All I'm saying is that his ability is very closely related to it, and the potential to master it. But that's irrelevant.
And since sasuke's body is completely compatible with his, we can assume that he can absorb Juugo's body, and in a way fuse with him, as Oro planned on doing originally with Sasuke, and regain the Curse Mark.
The difference is that this time, the curse mark will be stronger, because, as mentioned earlier, Oro's was only a dose of it, and he will not only regain the ability from the host of the man who the offshoot was inherited from, but instead of only gaining a portion of it that Orochimaru obtained, he'll be receiving the full thing.
Final note:
Another thing... ever notice how CM Sasuke's wings seemed like they were in the middle of transformation, from wings to hands?
What were one of Juugo's abilities in his Rage form? He could shape and shift his body to any object of his liking, from an ae to a jet booster, as demonstrated with his tussle with A. This further supports my theory that Oro's was incomplete.
In conlusion, Juugo's inevitable fate will be to die preotecting Sasuke from either an attack from the Juubi, or Naruto during their final fight. Upon receiving fatal wounds, he will fuse his body with Sasuke's and he will absorb his ability and reawaken the true potential of the cursemark.

As far as a list of abilities Sasuke will recieve upon this powerup, it goes as this:

These are the abilites Kabuto inherited from his clan, so it only makes sense that Sasuke would inherit these from the host.
