No, the question is, what type off offence has Lee to even damage Katsuyu?
Sakura just can sit on the top of the slug. Lee can't blitz him there because the slug can absorb him. A boss summon is too much for Lee to handle, specially when we are talking about a slug who is immune to physical attacks.

lee was fast enough to break through gaara's sand defense and to give neji a hard time in there fights, and even was able to stand his ground against kimimaru yet you think a slug is trouble for him? xdxdxd

Sure katsuyu Is immune to physical attacks but than again, lee is targeting Sakura, not katsuya.

Well it depends on the starting distance and on the knowledge.

If Sakura has full intel and the starting distance is more than 15 meters, she would have enough time to summon the slug.

If Katsuyu is restricted/ Sakura has no intel/ the starting distance is less, than 10 meters Lee stomps.

the slug isn't the same size as a bijuu. Panel proof or gtfo
