You keep arguing the Byakugan and Yang Chakra when it is not relevant to my case.
1) First off, the Byakugan was changed into the Rinnegan. Now based on your theory the Rinnegan must be a "Yin Influenced" for it to be passed on to the Uchiha and not passed on to the Uchiha. Now lets say that your assumption is correct and it is Yin Influenced and everything works out. The point of contention I think you are having is that if the Byakugan got turned into the Rinnegan, then that would make the Rinnegan Yang Influenced, and thus the Senju would still inherit it instead of the Uchiha. I hope I am correct when I assume this.
And so the real point of contention here is that you do not believe that the Byakugan upon turning into the Rinnegan could also go from being Yang Influenced to Yin Influenced. I disagree because I think there are many ways this could have happened. The sage could have used some of the Juubi's Yin chakra while he was creating the tailed beasts to create a Rinnegan for himself using the creation of all things jutsu, then trasnplate it into him like you would do a Sharingan, the abundance of the Juubi's Yin Chakra could have overwhlemed the Yang of the Byakugan, the sage could have used a Yin Release similar to Izangi to create his Rinnegan, etc... And all of which are possible.
For you argument against my theory to be correct we have to assume the following:
1) Your theory that Kishi's use of Yin and Yang in relation to chakra and jutsu follows that of the Original Taoist in which there is a little yang in each yin and vice versa.
2) On top of that it has to assume that the Byakugan is infact a yang Doujutsu, which is assumed only because the pupils remain white when it is not activated.
3) Assumes that the Sage had no way of turning a yang doujutsu into a yin doujutsu, which the paragraph written above shows that this is possible.
...I'll do my last resort move: Mathematics and Logic. I'll keep rolling from your theory assumptions.
- Let A be the Byakugan.
- Let B be the Rinnegan.
- Let C be the Sage of Six Paths.
- Let D be the Juubi.
- Let E be the Yang of the Juubi.
- Let F be the Yin of the Juubi.
- Let G be Juubi's Body.
- Let H be Juubi's Mind.
- Let I be Lifeforce
- Let J be Spiritual Power
Current assumptions:
- Rinnegan is a Doujutsu created with the Yin Yang: Creation of All things
- Rinnegan has Both Yin and Yang sides (Common sense, Madara could achieve it using both Senju and Uchiha DNA)
(In your lines you're telling that I said that Rinnegan is Yang influenced, and that's false. I said Rinnegan had both Yin and Yang).
---
Let the equations reveal my points:
C + D = B
Yes, the Sage with the Juubi's special power created the Rinnegan. B is a perfectly balanced Yin Yang Doujutsu.
E + F = D
Pretty obvious. Juubi's Yin + Juubi's Yang = Juubi.
E = G + I
The Yang part of the Juubi is its Body with Lifeforce, but it's mindless and doesn't have any Spiritual Power. It's better known as Gedou Mazou.
- Gedou Mazou had to be filled with special chakra to grant it Spiritual Powers.
F = H + J The Yin part of the Juubi is its Mind with Spiritual Power, but it's bodyless and doesn't have any Lifeforce. It's currently known as the Nine Tailed Beasts.
- The Nine Tailed Beasts had to be sealed inside recipients, Jinchuurikis, in order to achieve Lifeforce.
---
But there are contradictions in absolute terms because of Thaoists points
---
How does the Thao fits in the overall theory?
"Every Yin has a little Yang inside, and vice versa".
- In Naruto this is a fact. Tailed beasts could never be able to manifest physically without vessels (Jinchuurikis) if they hadn't a little Yang part.
And this is canon

- The Uchiha clan and the Elder Son should not exist physically if they were pure Yin, because they need a Body to exist physically. Body = Yang. Theorycally, if Creation of All Things were used in absolute terms, theorically, The Elder Son would be pure Spiritual Energy and Mind and bodyless, and the Younger Son wouldn't able to think rationally and he would have a body with a great lifeforce. That's why the Elder son is way more rational than the Younger son, and the Younger son took decisions based on emotions and instincts.
The Fact: Tobi stated that in order to create ANY living thing with this Jutsu, the created instance had to contain Yin AND Yang.

Without the Byakugan included in any theory, it makes sense to say that the counterpart of the strong Spiritual Energy contained in the Elder Son's Eyes and Mind is the strong Lifeforce and Strength contained in the Body of the Younger Son.
And it makes sense too to say that the Sage used Yin and Yang parts of the Juubi to create the Rinnegan. Byakugan is not needed because as you said, the Juubi has quite a large arsenal of material to be used. Or, it makes sense to say that the Sage used his own "normal eyes" (yang) and part of the Juubi's spiritual power (yin) to create the Rinnegan. That can be a valid possibility too.
In any case, the Yin part of the Rinnegan had to come from the Juubi. It wouldn't make sense if this isn't the case, because the Sharingan and the Rinnegan resembles the Juubi's doujutsu, that is, the Juubi's spiritual power.
I just disagree with a lot of what you have said above, and the fact that says of correspondence has lead nowhere shows that prolong discussions will do the same. Simply put I disagree with the way you apply yin and yang energies and how you claim they work, I digress.
