Yeah I have to agree, he is pretty bad ass, and he would be unbeatable against any other one of the rookies (minus team 7). Sasori is actually very power, and creppy if he can control bodies like a lesser version of Edo Tensi, can he used Gaara father's body and his jutsu? I think I heard that.

yeah i agree, and his poison is something else. Even lady chiyo couldnt find a cure

Based on whats being said in the thread we should rename this which member got beat by the weakest opponent... and by weakest opponent that means sakura. Even then Chiyo is alot stronger than Asuma and the entire squad that fought against Hidan. However this is just my opinion there is no facts to show who the weakest akatsuki member is, but i doubt its sasori who can one shot anyone with poison off of the smallest scratch.

i think deidara was weakest. sasori let himself be killed he could of taken them out in the end but decided not to good old plot no jutsu

You missed Deidara on that list. He's underestimaded much more than sasori, all because of one statement he made to Psyke out kakashi.

Its zetsu. He sucks, and hidan can solo the zetsu army.

That was very dirty of you to use Sakura against me. You know she is my weakness.
And I do use Google chrome I just type so fast and post before correcting the spelling lol
errors. But Sasori is one of the stronger members, though he does need prep, you can't
attack him without his puppets, but then again I'm not to familiar with his jutsu.

OK so im seeing some people saying Deidara is the weakest :/ Do people even know what the word weakest means ?
......Deidara Took on the Kazekage alone & won , Took out the Sanbi & Defeated Sauske & only lost cause of plot . He never gave up & let himself get killed like Sasori did. But still Zetsu is the fvcking weakest even if he doesnt have blood they can still cut him into pieces that guy got nothing to show for ....he is just a fodder Tree

Hidan is dangerous but he's only limited to close range and no way for him to get some blood from Sasori, he'll jutsu get cut into piece by iron sand.

Sasori has the strongest Kazekage, poison gas,poison and iron sand which make him a top Akatsuki.


Sasori > Deidara,Konan,Hidan, Zetsu


The weakest are Hidan and Zetsu followed by Konan

What is this bullshit? Sasori is one of the strongest. If Sasori is a candidate for the weakest member then so are Deidara, Kakuzu, Itachi and Kisame.
