Yes, there is no doubting that EMS Sasuke would obliterate him in seconds, but PTS Sasuke? I think not.

Any version prior to Hebi Sasuke (When he merged with Orochimaru) would be beaten by Kimimaro. Though, Shippuden Sasuke could make it a high diff victory for Kimimaro.
