Konan, pretty easy actually. For the sole reason that no matter what Tsunade won't be able to hit Konan. Konan can fly and turn her body inter paper for reals. Plus she's a long range fighter so it's not like Konan won't be able to hit her while she flies.

Katsuyu can use her great division and create 5 smaller clones,which could overhelm Konan.

Konan can use her Shikigami no Mai to hover and turn into thousands sheets of paper. Then smaller Katsuyu clones won't be able to reach her. She will be above ground.
Or she can use Paper clones jutsu and will explode when 5 smaller clones get close to her.
