Cursed seal: goes through horrible bouts of pain and clouded decision making, then escapes village and dies inside a barrel before mastering it.

EMS : fights the 8 tails Jin and suffers fatal wounds, then fights 5 Kages consecutively and skirmishes with sakura naruto and kakashi while blind.


Even if I considered those spoon fed obito still got more free power ups.

it can't be obtained any other way,matter of fact uchihas can work their whole life yet they won't be able to pull a jutsu better that the ones they awakened by the power of love/hate BS.
that's my general distaste for uchihas,people work for their lives to create a good jutsu,yet uchihas gets handed the most OP ones instantly by feeling sad about their relatives death.don't give me that they got through a lot of emotional stress,well guess what,everyone else doe that,that's not a real reason for obtaining a jutsu.
jutsu=knowledge,and one does not simply get knowledge by crying over dead people,or through the power of hatred because that's really lame,and unfair since everyboy goes through emotional distress too,yet they get nothing in return.

This is so true, Hinata lost her cousin Neji who she saw as a brother and she didn't get a power upgrade for it.

The same for Rock Lee. Then there was when Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji lost Asuma, they didn't get a power upgrade and neither did Kurenai.

The Uchiha get power upgrades for going through things that every living human goes through, everyone loses someone that they love eventually and they have to find a way to cope, but the Uchiha get super powers.

Sasuke's genjutsu is above average landing him a 4 in genjutsu before MS and EMS. How are you under the impression he has shit genjutsu?

No, this is wrong. First, Obito had to learn to control the Hashirama DNA. As shown by Danzo, it is difficult to control and master. Obito does it flawlessly. Second, his Mangekyo Sharingan. He needed to train to efficiently use Kamui. We see in his fight with Yondaime, that he was completely capable of going Intangible for just certain body parts well. This is why he got hit, but now he could do it without fail. And he didn't recieve Izanagi or whatever you're implying. He had to learn it. He had to manipulate and strike fear into each and everyone of them. Only Itachi and later Nagato & Konan were able to defy it. In addition, you forgot who collected them.. Kabuto feared Obito which is why he gave him the Edo Jins. You could say the same about Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and anyone in the story. Stop undermining a character like Obito.

He didn't get the powers from doing that though, he just didn't have them yet, for instance Obito offered to implant EMS just after his fight with Itachi but Sasuke turned it down. If he didn't he would have had EMS when he fought the 8 tails Jinchuriki and later the Five Kages, so that's Sasuke's own decision.
