I think people are misunderstanding the word 'spoonfed' here, big time.
Spoonfed is when you're initially given a power with no type of challenge or obstacle. Naruto had to put in work to get that check, nothing was given to him.

Only imperfect Jin's need training. Naruto, as SO6P's reincarnation was a perfect host and was capable of achieving KCM through a fight he nearly got killed in. His training was the real deal.

EDIT: Actually, we're both forgetting something. his training was at the blank room, you only go through that process once and it's done.

Naruto Kurama bailed him out in impossible situations he could not do jackshit against haku or Neji who are far more skilled than him; and he was not even friends with him.

Sasuke is a different thing; emotional traumas yes but everyone gets through them; Lee did not get a power upgrade when Neji died same goes with every non-Uchiha who suffered.

But overall; that does not mean they have never trained everyone trains but some get insane stuff without the big amount of "efforts".
Obito could be there too though.
