Yamamoto's spiritual energy is superior to Aizens , he also has the strongest Zanpakuto out there unless Oetsu gave himself one stronger.

Yamamoto could take on both Jushiro and Shunsui at the same time.

Bute since the Royal Guard isnt part of the Soul society they could have far stronger Zanpaktous than Yamamoto but its unclear if they even use Zanpaktous to fight since we never saw them holding one ( im not quite sure)

Only Aizens Zanpakuto could surpass Yamamoto's , he never even used Bankai which makes me think he didn't even use it but only demonstrated an illussionary one in his Captaincy exam. If he could control all five senses he could (in Bankai probably do something like blood bending or more overpowered sh!t.) but since he didn't use it Zanka no Tachi is the strongest Bankai by a land slide.
