to me kakashi wins because:

kakashi can counter ems madara's jutsu

so wide fire..........>kakashi can go underground
perfect susano's sword...........>kakashi can warp small part of its arm so the sword and susano's hand would fall down
ginjutsu..........>kakashi has sharingan and ms ,he can counter madara's ginjutsu

kakashi has jutsu that can beat ems madara

kamui........>kakashi can warp susano's jewel with madara or even warp madara without warping any part of susano because kamui is s/t jutsu which depends on the concentrating by the mind on the target ,like kakashi did when he warped hatchibi although kakashi was inside kuarma cloak ,kuarma cloak hasn't blocked kamui

Dude he put kakashi in a genjutsu in a instant and its over with him, he wont hit him with kamui and im sure about it. How can u compare kakashi to ems madara ? Kakashi cant even fight for some mins he run out of chakra very quickly. Madara wield genbai so he can reflec all his Ninjutsus in a instant as well. kakashi can counter madara's ginjutsu by his sharingan and ms ,and ginjutsu needs usually looking at user's eye

kakashi in the war fight for 2 days with unlocked sharingan(against sword men,edo jins,gedo ,obito)and he used 6 kamui with 6 raiki,2light chain,earth jutsu,shadow clones,and as i mentioned sharingan and fighting for 2 days (all that before kuarma chakra)

kakashi has kamui and use it well ,kamui is nearly strongest jutsu in nv

it isn't hard to say kakqshi can beat ems madara ,kakashi with his chakra was about to kill the gedo by kamui on his neck but for obito

kakashi with more chakra from kuarma was about to warp jiubi but for obito

jiubi as great legend in naruto shits on ems madara

so it isn't hard to accept that kakashi has good chance to beat ems madara
