battle tactics i'd have to give it to shikamaru or kakashi.

In terms of wisdom and shinobi life and reflecting on your true self i'd give it to Itachi.

Shikaku and itachi have shown great feats in coming up with battle strategies and thinking up quick plans but due to screen time and going by what we have seen kakashi and shikamaru clearly have shown greater feats in that category. IMO
