Itachi is very strong, but he is actually overrated.
1st, he doesnt have kotoamatsukami, I mean, he cant use it on an opponent.
Totsuka blade cant seal a moving object, Fast guys like Minato and Naruto beats him there.
His susano cant stand for long because he has just the MS, heavy attacks can make him deactivate it speedily, and by then, he would be too weak to fight any much further.
His tsukyuomi is unrivaled but he cant place a perfect jin in it and Shisui and Obito are clearly better genjutsu users than him.
Placing him above Minato and Naruto = overestimating him.

Hey last time I checked it was heard it somewhere. Obito has always been aware of Itachi, he's not scared he simply avoids him. Itachi can sabatoge Obitos plans. If Road to Ninja oh well. He still controls perfect jins and if you add in the infinte tskyuomi he's way better.
