Let me bring some logic into the table. Nagato was focused on Naruto and Bee when Itachi hit his blind spots. It's an impressive feat, but not one that could have been done if Nagato was expecting. Also, if Itachi was sure that he could have escaped planetary devastation by himself, why did he request that Naruto and Bee use their strongest ranged jutsu? Itachi managed to get Nagato with toska blade because of the smoke. If it weren't for Naruto and Bee's help, Itachi would be solo'd.

To be honest, I started rolling my eyes when you stated that Itachi's the solo king as if he holds that title in the manga.

As for being calm, here's Itachi's explaination

Nagato was controlled by Kabuto, he did not have his own mind. Kabuto doesn't know Nagato's abilities as Nagato does himself.

This is further evidenced due to the fact that Kabuto even stated that he doesn't understand Deidara's abilities which is why he let Diedara have free will.

1- The truth is itachi will beat nagato with or without their help.

Simply he's the solo king.


2- Don't forget without itachi both killer bee and naruto will be dead.


3- Itachi was so calm and he was joking with them during nagato's summoning that big rocket .

Because he was sure he can beat nagato with ease .

4- itachi told both naruto and bee to shot it because they can distract nagato.

Then !!

5- In less than 0.0006454 sec ,

itachi finished nagato by using totsuko blade ..

Which mean itachi defeated nagato fair and square ..

I'm simply stating what is true.... I'm not denying that Itachi played a big role because of his Totsuka Blade's use.... But you need to accept that it was Naruto who gave Itachi intel about Nagato's abilities.... Especially CT.... Plus Nagato was being controlled.... It wasn't a Itachi vs. Nagato.... And you cannot call Itachi striking Nagato from behind defeating him.... Victory and defeat are terms you can use in case of a Nagato vs Itachi face off.... It was merely Kabuto vs. Naruto B Itachi....

It was 3 v 1. Math is an essential to life, learn it. Also, Kabuto using Nagato as a puppet means Itachi, Bee, and Naruto defeated Kabuto with a Nagato puppet. Good job, Immortal, regenerative Itachi.

Nagato would defeat Itachi under normal circumstances. Itachi had no stamina and would die after using 3 Ms techs. Nagato had chakra greater than even Naruto... Not to mention he had way more devastating techs than Itachi could ever dream of. Fact of the matter is: Itachi was an Edo fighting with 2 powerful jinchuuriki against a Nagato puppet being operated by Kabuto. He didn't have his own mind.. That is essential to what is considered him. If he doesn't have his mind, personality, and wit, then he isn't Nagato. So, in summation, Bee + Naruto + EDO Itachi beat a puppet. re-watch/read and realize this. Your "solo king" cannot solo Pain/Nagato. I'm sorry but he is way too much for him. Itachi as a non-edo has no stamina.
