Totsuka and Yata Mirror come from Susanoo which comes from Mangekyo. Your arguement is invalid.

Sword of Totsuka is sealed in a sake jar, which Itachi allows his Susano'o to carry with a third hand growing from its right forearm.

Yata mirror was found by Itachi early on while Orochimaru was his companion, which later was equipped to Susano'o.

In conclusion (and playing it safe), these two items are not spawned from Susano'o nor his sharingan alone. YOUR argument is invalid. Read the Naruto wiki.

2) Shisui - Pretty much the same as Obito's MS, but with WAY more restrictions.

3) Itachi - The only reason Itachi's MS alone is better than Sasuke's are the items which his Susano'o possesses.

4) Sasuke - Amaterasu, power to manipulate this flame, and a ranged-attacking Susano'o. If it weren't for the equipment Itachi's Susano'o possesses, Sasuke's would far out-class Itachi's.

5) Madara - Some form of Genjutsu (probably Tsukuyomi or something similar) and Susano'o (Perfect Susano'o is obtained via Rinnegan, which is a combination of EMS and Hashirama cells; you can't include Perfect Susano'o in your description of Madara's MS).

6) Izuna - This is only because we have yet to see any of his abilities. Personally, I think his sharingan is at least half of the power which Madara wields in his eyes (minus Rinnegan-related techniques), as it was their eyes put together. This would put Izuna on par with his brother, but as I said, we don't know for sure.

No. Tostska and yata are spiritual weapons that have nothing to do with susanno. It's like the Bashōsen,Benihisago,Kohaku no Jōhei,Kōkinjo ,Shakujō ,Shichiseiken

Kakashi took obito's eye straight up and hes not even uchiha.
