What happens if a Sharingan user performs genjutsu while wearing glasses?

Sharingan genjutsu is just the transfer of chakra through ones eyes into the others. Glasses dont change the amount of chakra that gets transferred.

As for a mirror, it would be the same effect as casting genjutsu on a wall. Glass is just light reflecting material, it doesnt reflect chakra.

They burn the window, or the mirror

Whatever is in the line of sight is what gets affected

By that logic genjutsu wouldn't work if used at nagatos animal summons. Even though nagato has linked vision with his summons, he won't be affected because the chakra was transferred to the animal summon themselves, not nagatos body.
So nagato is immune to tsukoyomi then XD
