Amaterasu activation speed>>>Anything you just mentioned. Tsunade is nowhere near as fast as A, she isn't protecting Jiraiya from the black flames.

Itachi doesn't need to burn the clones. He can just mindrape Tsunade with Tsukuyomi rendering her dead and useless.

They don't have a counter for tsukuyomi one tiny look in his eyes they get owned, jiraiya hasn't shown any considerable speed feats to dodge ameterasu and ameterasu is pretty darn fast....they get one shotted by ameterasu, never knew what hit em

Let's not forget Kakashi knew what Susanoo was even though he never saw it.

How can Jiraiya even dodge Amaterasu let alone solo?

To enter SM he summons one boss toad. To take down that boss toad Itachi would have to use either Amaterasu or Susanoo, things he can't spam. Jiraiya has 2 boss toads left to buy more time, and remember Gamaken has a shield.
In this fight he has Tsunade + Katsuyu to help, i seriously doubt they would lose.
