Well, if Minato's current chakra control was as good as it is now when he was a kid, he could potentially of known how to summon Bunta. It isn't farfetched at all. We know Jiraiya was his Sensei as a kid, and he's already taught a young Naruto how to summon Bunta at age 12. Difference is, Naruto had piss poor chakra control, Minato doesn't.

Of course, we can't determine anything, as he hasn't been shown using it as a kid. So I really do not know. Of course, the common answer would be the Rinnegan wielder, Nagato. However, we just don't know enough.

Luck doesn't count as a feat, and minato took out jonin's or chuunin's (ranks not clear) while he was a genin...What experience do you have but pure skill, unlike people who were handed the rinnegan and got lucky spark.

Nagato was only seen using wind release, and jiraiya said he mastered everything he taught him (jiraiya's nature is fire/earth).

Mastering the nature is different from using any elemental justus, which he didn't

1) No, he didn't even know how to use the rinnegan techniques at that age. Obito (minato's student) was the one that taught that worthless piece of sh*t how to use it.

2) You can't prove that he didn't know those technique, minato with one screen time as a child soloed jonin's, while nagato survived 2 chuunin's.

Nobody taught Naruto wind. He invented and mastered the rasen shuriken by himself in MM!
