There's a chance that Kabuto can come back

All he would have to do is change himself, see the errors of his ways and then he'll come out of the "infinite" genjutsu. An infinite amount of time.... I think Kabuto is bound to see his errors because he has an infinite amount of time and in an infinite amount of time there is a 99.9% chance I think that he'll get out of it.

When Kabuto comes back he'll still be bad but he will be a different kind of villain that won't have the same personality and he'll be on sides with Obito and Madara I think. Kabuto could also become the Jinchurriki of the Ten-Tails.

Everything is possible in the series. As some point it was impossible for the four previous Hokage to be brought back back, and yet they are back and headed into combat. I have no doubt that Kabuto is going to eventually break free of Izanami. Especially since Kishi spent so much time explaining how to break Izanami and laying out Kabuto's past. We even saw that Kabuto's "brother" was still alive and was hoping to see him again.

That all being said, Kabuto doesn't have an infinite amount of time. It may seem like it since weeks in the genjutsu may translate to only seconds (or fractions of second) in reality, however, that time adds up. The mental stress of replaying the same battle (and getting hammered) and knowing that he is trapped will likely drive him insane, or he will simply die from not eating. In other words, if he doesn't break the jutsu, eventually either his mind or body will give out.

If anything, he'll probably look back and say, "Wow. I... fuq'd up."

Erm, yeah, he will come back, no doubt. If his role were done he would have had Itachi or Sasuke kill him. The people who think otherwise apparently didn't read the parts where Itachi said he wanted to fix Kabuto :/
But as to him becoming the Jinchuriki, or even remain as a villain, I seriously doubt it...
