This would actually add to the theory of the SO6P being an Uzumaki.

Fodders like Darui/Tenten couldn't handle the tools.
But the brothers can. If they are related to the SO6P, and if the SO6P was actually an Uzumaki, it would explain why they could handle the tools/weapons, and handle eating the ninetails and turning into a miniature jinchuriki.

the definition of fodder comes from the term cannon fodder or redshirt. a person who has no name, no purpose except to stand in the background and/or die. darui has neither.
for example, tenten has little relevance, but she has a name, personality and her power level is above the average background anbu or jounin by virtue of that little relevance

The Uchiha, Senju, and Uzumaki are also related to the SO6P so why would he be related to only a clan from the hidden cloud? His descendants probably dispersed around the world, they didn't just contain them selves in a clan like Tobi said.
