Lol no, you have to transplant an eye from a other person! Kakashi eye is OBITOS original eye, which would make no effect.. . but if he took sasukes eye or some else, it would become EMS

i dont think it has to be your sibling , but i do think ms has to be activated already to get ems... since it is obitos eyes he doesnt have a chance... but Kakashi on the other hand could possibly be looking at the ultimate upgrade.

the most i could see obito getting is possibly susanoo (if he has tsukuyomi and amaterasu) and possibly an upgraded version of Kamui. he wouldnt get Eternal Mangekyo tho as he needs a siblings eyes
