how about this: clone creates another clone with all his chakra, so the original clone poofs because he has no chakra left.
the clone he creates however, has all the chakra the original had (except for the minute amount of chakra it takes to perform the shadow clone jutsu)

its been shown many times that naruto can spawn clones at quite big distances from himself.. for example in the gaara vs naruto fight and in the verry beginning when he just learned the jutsu.

naruto's shadowclone can escape any grip, as long as it doesnt seal his chakra away or distorts it, since he can shadowclone with no handseals.

no, its been shown many times that clones can also create clones, for example when naruto's clone was fighting together with the kage vs madara.

Clones can "undo" themselves, for example Naruto after receiving message from 5 kages dispersed himself.

I think you have the part of transfering 100% to the next clone wrong. This is just an assumption. However, most likely the chakra would be divided.

And also it wouldnt be much of a teleport tech since orginal stays in one place, and clones only arrive next to the performer of the technique.

Creating clones with all chakra means making as many as possbile clones, not that 1 clone will receive 100% chakra of the user.

Doesnt work like that, if he creats one clone the originals chakra drops half, if he creates 4 the originals charka drops to 1/4 so on. So the more clones the more chakra is drained from the original. Because the clone only has the chakra from the original. But if he makes clones from clones they only get 1/2 of the 1/2. So its basically useless to a certain number due to the fact they wouldn't have enough chakra, then he releases it and it drains everything from him.

You don't understand how the bunshin techniques work....

It divides the users chakra evenly among all clones and the real person.

This means if a clone creates a new clone, it will just divide its chakra again. So it's division each time. That is why only a few people can use bunshins in the way Naruto can.

So no it's not possible. If the clone creates another clone with all its chakra, it's no different, from the clone created by the real one. So it still hasn't got more than the clone initially had. It's not possible. U_U

Just think about physics and the laws of conservation of energy. It's the same here.

there is a reason the jutsu was forbidden, and that was because of the risk of running out of chakra.. so yes it is possible to make a clone spawn a new clone with all its chakra..
