Take a look at naruto's bijuu mode, He is inside of the cloak so it accurately represents the size of kurama's head, which is still smaller than the madara pic.

I'm sure they've got some control over their bijuu transformations. When the two tails host went full form it was a lot smaller compared to when Tobi used it.

Minato's battle had two parts. Pre RDS and Post RDS. Current Kyuubi is only as big as Post RDS Kyuubi not Pre RDS Kyuubi.

Gamabunta is not the same size as 100% Kyuubi. Its body as much largerthan his since when it pinned him down it only overed his neck as his whole head is visible. If they were the same size then the whole Kyuubi's body would have been covered.

Gamabuntas was sitting on him, his wasn't laying on him if two people were the same height and one sat on the other, the person sitting would not cover the entire body of the person laying down

One question.. Did you see Kurama when it attacked the village? did you see Kurama when Madara had it fighting with 10000 hands? Then you should know that the current Kurama is a midget compared to the past. So it only leads to one thing.. Kurama is half it's size because he only has half of its power.
