Frog song is useless if the sound waves are disrupted or if Kabuto can't hear the sound waves. If he turns his ear drums into liquid, he won't be able to hear the frog song so it becomes useless. Likewise, he could counter frog song with his own flute genjutsu and the sound waves should disrupt each other which would thereby make both sound genjutsus useless since the sound wave frequency and temp has been altered.
Tsunade has literally nothing with which she can hit Kabuto and even if she manages to somehow punch him, her attack wouldn't anything. Kabuto has Orochimaru's cells, Karin's cells, Juugo's cells, sage mode enhanced healing and his own medical ninjutsu so he has an extremely high regenerative ability. On top of that, he possesses the power of the Sound Five which is enhanced to an entirely new level via sage mode. This means he has access to Kimimaro's bones, Kidomaru's webs, Sakon/Ukon's weird body structure and healing abilities as well as earth walls from Jiroubo. Kabuto has already countered Tsunade's body pathway derrangement technique so even if Tsunade manages to touch Kabuto, he can simply brush it off.
Jiraiya wouldn't last long due to muki tensei, white rage and sawarbi no mae. His toad army would also be massacred with the jutsus Kabuto possesses so Jiraiya won't be able to use combination attacks with his toads.
To top it all off, Kabuto can just summon Manda 2 to eat the Sannin or their summons.
