Itachi implanted the amaterasu//if he didn't sasuke would just have susano'o

What Itachi did is transfer his own Amaterasu in Sasuke's eye and rigged it to activate when met with Obito's sharingan. When this happened Sasuke's left eye changed into Itachi's MS. Sasuke had not awakened his own MS yet. I believe that Sasuke'e MS granted him his own Amaterasu.

I believe Sasuke does have Tsukiyomi. I also believe that both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu are required for Susano. Sasuke just isn't as adept at using Tsukiyomi. Just like Itachi wasn't as good with Amaterasu.

This is my theory on the Mangekyo Sharingan. Enjoy.

Firstly, Manga >>> Databook

Ok, I believe that everyone's eyes are the same from 1 Tomoe up to 3.
After they unlock Mangekyo Sharingan they all get two diffrent powers. One in each eye.
If your brothers or sisters tho, then you get the same powers. This would explain why both Itachi and Sasuke have shown to both have Amaterasu and Tsukyomi. This would also explain why Obito and Shisui have separate powers then them and why they dont have their powers. This would also explain why you have to take your brothers or sisters eyes for Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Now I also believe that no matter what two powers you have, when combined you always get susanoo. This would explain why Madara has Susanoo but hasn't shown Amaterasu or Tsukyomi.

When you unlock Ms you get your own unique Jutsu, Like KA or sauske's enton. It's rare to Get Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi but to get both is Very rare, To have them both and have Susanoo is even rarer.
Not every uchiha that unlocks Ms have Amaterasu or tsukuyomi.

Sasuke has Enton (unique to him), Amaterasu, Tsukuoymi, Susanoo. So it would make sense why Obito/Shisui have their own unique jutsu's also, They just wern't lucky enough for amaterasu/tsukuyomi. Simple really.

When he makes a new one and restates everything thats in the old ones and "refreshes" the information, then we will know. As of now they are not the same. Do you see what I am saying?
