Is Edo Tensei the best jutsu ever created?

I mean think about it. Without edo tensei we wouldn't have met the previous hokages, madara, and other strong shinobis from the past.
Also the fourth great ninja war would have been boring without awesome enemies to fight against.
Finally edo tensei provided closure to some characters such as gaara and his dad, haku and zabusa, and others.
So in the end it is a very important part of plot no jutsu and we all have Tobirama, Orochimaru, and Kabuto to thank for.
