This would be a peculiar phenomenon to read/watch. Naruto is a shinobi who is deserving of a ranking in a NB Users Top 5 strongest ninja; he is far beyond the level of a chunnin. Naruto fighting ninja about the age of Konohamaru will be quite boring to watch as most probably do not even have a formidable Kage Bunshin yet. However, funny idea and good thread.

They already have an OVA about Naruto (after pain arc) entering the Chunin exam which took place in Gaara's village. Naruto fights Konohamaru and was winning without even trying then Konohamaru hit Naruto once (took all of his chakra to manage that) then Naruto wanted to go all out and went SM. He was then disqalified because one of the Rules was no Sage mode but Naruto wasn't paying attention. So KM/BM wouldb't be allowed either.
