So Spring Workouts have just started, and I want to get my 40 time up. I'm currently running a 4.5 (believe me or not that's your choice) anyhow, I'm currently weighing in at 170 5'9 1/2. I'm actually trying to gain weight (220 by junior year, freshman now).
So how do I go about getting my 4.5 40 time to 4 flat? I know that is a HUGE reduction, but I want this, I strive for this. I want to succeed as much as I want to breathe.. Pain is temporary Success is forever. (I play Running Back by the way)
