Temari is the best naruto female to have as a friend you regularly hang out with.
hinata? yeah I guess she might be a good friend if you want someone who is always nervous about doing stuff and generally has no personality due to a decade of self doubt. (ie shes boring)
mei? well maybe she's cool (idk) but she's definitely going to be busy a lot of the time. she also doesn't like getting out of her comfort zone (as seen in her fight with madara)
tsundre? well she's an old granny and probably would only be good to gamble against. I will admit I'd invite her to parties but she's also quite busy.
sakura? Has issues.
Inu? Stuck up and close-minded. Not so much any more but she's pretty boring.
Ten-ten? a try-hard. close minded and takes criticism way too personally. needs to chill out.
Kushina? She's a really good person but if you try and hang out with her, 9/10 you'll end up helping out at a food bank, saving the wales or some other cause. A good person to have around but not someone to hang out with regularly per-say
Konan? I like personalities in my friends.
Naruto in girl form? I like the no clothes thing but she seems a bit ditzy.
