Who has the worst score in the databook?

I was checking out random character's wikia pages and I came across choji's databook.

he has

1 in speed (not surprising after all)
0.5 in genjutsu (lol)
2 in intelligence (c'mon kishi that's mean)
and 1,5 in hand seals

he has an overall score of 13.5.

I knew Choji was weak but seriously now.. I think Kishi was trolling him.
Anyway I challenge you guys to find someone with a worse databook score than choji's

Poor Choji... I feel bad for him... but do the stats include his speed in human boulder? and ofcourse he isn't a genjutsu user but I agree with his intelligence... he isn't very smart because he hasn't been given any chance to grow in that area... he had Shikamaru, no doubt he came up with plans on how to handle situations and then without Shikamaru it was Asuma...
