Also, for it to be said that anyone who seen it dies, it must have been seen and well-known enough to have a legend about it. That could have only happened while he had EMS, as when EMS Madara and Kurama lost against Hashirama, everybody thought Madara was dead.

So, yes, he did have Perfect Susanoo.

You only need EMS for full Susanno.

you mean complete susanoo? because itachi had a pretty full susanoo at mangekyo level. I guess you need EMS or higher to make it perfect because EMS and rinnegan don't burn your eyes blind.

So, yes, he did have Perfect Susanoo.

Really? Madara gave me the impression this was the first time he's used the actual stabilized form. With this previous chapter, Madara uses the unstabilized one. Maybe in the next couple chapters, he'll use the stabilized form. And once that happens, ill question what he said to the Kages again about the complete susanoo.

No. My point is that Perfect Susanoo is an EMS technique, Rinnegan isnt required to use it.
