Hashirama gets a big panel where his face has an angry look, the building and surroundings starts to crack, Hashirama tells Tobirama to lower his finger, Tobirama says: "Fine, you don't have to rouse your chakra so much", Hiruzen comments about Hashirama that he's always like that... Even a kid would understand that it was Hashirama's chakra that caused that pressure.

all of oro's bubles have arrows, the one that doesnt is on the other side of sasuke, why would kishi make an arrow for that one when we already know who's talking, and besides hes way too far from the speech bubble so it would be awkward to draw...kishi has shown plenty of times that he draw's speech bubbles to show that the same character is talking in the same/different pannel. Since hashi was the last one talking they didnt need to put an arrow because its implying that the same person is talking. Show me a manga page where someone is talking in a pannel without any arrows on their speech what so ever and ill believe you..

look at the association of the arrows and speech bubbles, they dont provide any arrows until the NEXT brother is speaking...same concept in 620, look who's first to speak

Hashi is, meaning that the speech bubble is directed towards him because as you showed and i highlighted with different colors, they dont provide arrows when the person's speech is continuing on to the next image...
