Why didn't Orochimaru just steal the sharingan?

Why wait for Sasuke. Even if he couldn't gain access to sharingan after the Uchiha massacre, he could've just killed Sasuke instead of stealing his body. I know people would say that non-uchiha can't handle the sharingan but Orochimaru's chakra reserves are MUCH higher than Kakashi's, plus he could've just stole chakra from his subordinates like Kabuto did. So why didn't Orochimaru just steal Sasuke's sharingan during the forest of death or at least when he showed up Oro's hideout after his fight with Naruto. He would've raped Tsunade during that Sannin battle.

A Boss doesn't need to steal, he confronts the matter face-to-face and takes. Also, why just take the eyes, when you can have an entire Uchiha body and possess all the benefits that comes along with them. If not, he would be like Kakashi, low ass stamina and all.

Many people got this twist and saying things like why does Oro need Sasuke body he should get take over Senju or Uzumaki to get the perfect body and then get the Sharingan, but that's not how things work and let me explain why.

Look at Kakashi for example he has a Shaingan, but can't use the full power of the Sharingan and runs out of Chakra easily...Oro wants the body of an Uchiha not the Sharingan itself... Oro wants something beyond the Sharingan the "Rinnegan" and that's where Sasuke comes in...Oro knows the histroy of Madara Izuna and how Madara got the EMS by killing his brother and Sasuke is the only living Uchiha who has a brother "Itachi" Oro couldn't defeat Itachi seeing as how Itachi was too strong for him...in order to get Sasuke Oro gave him a little power the "Curse Mark" to make Sasuke want more power and come to him. Oro also known the truth about Uchiha massacre and how an Uchiha can get the Mangekyou Sharingan by killing the one close to him and Oro also knew Itachi wanted to die by Sasuke hands so that's why he let Sasuke take over his body so easily and also planed for Obito to tell Sasuke the truth about Itachi and Uchiha massacre to unlock the Mangekyou Sharingan then Oro plan to take Sasuke's body when he unlock the MS then next to take Itachi eyes to unlock the EMS then next to use Hashirama's DNA and unlock the Rinnegan see that's why Oro needed Hashirama and also that's why he gave some to Danzo to test it.

The Sharingan is usless for Oro if he doesn't have their bloodline and also it took one eye to for Kakashi Chakra to drain and knowing Oro he wants two eyes so that's means his Chakra will be drain with matters of seconds and Oro isn't planning on that **** happening to him.

Only an Uchiha can bring out the full power of the Sharingan also because Oro w/Sasuke's body>Oro w/Sharingan. Orochimaru was most likely aiming to get the Rinnegan hence him needing an Uchiha body.

-He wanted to learn and master all jutsu. (Rinnegan gives you all 5 elements along with Yin-Yang allowing him to master any jutsu. (Except certain ones)

-Only Uchiha can awaken MS. He supported Sasuke's decision to kill Itachi, that's probably why so he could get MS while in Sasuke's body.

-EMS turns into Rinnegan w/Senju DNA and another unknown factor (Probably near death experience) With Itachi dead he could get EMS and then implant Senju DNA to get Rinnegan.

Goal complete.

If he had stolen the Sharingan he'd be stuck with 3-Tomoe for the rest of his life.

because, a non uchiha can't unlock the MS (kakashi got it because obito unlocked it and the eye's are connected, obito stated it himself) he can't get Itachi's eyes and unlock the EMS, and after that he can't unlock the Rinnegan..

he could do all of that if he has sasuke's body, + getting and uchiha body, will ad to his chakra and strenght, instead of drain it

If Orochimaru did steal Sasuke's eyes in the forest of death, wouldn't he have to wait a while to get used to the eyes? Hs main focus at the time was destroying Konoha so geting used to a new set of eyes would have conflicted with the timing of the attack..... I think.

Because he saw Naruto was a Jinchuuriki and didn't want to risk the nine tails chakra taking control and killing him, he gave Sasuke the Curse Mark so he would seek him out and Orochimaru would have a body handed to him. He sent Kabuto to spy on them to see what there strengths and weakness were but that was all in the forest of death I guess Orochimaru didn't find out about Sasuke until he was a genin or something, or maybe he didn't want to train up a little kids body, Orochimaru can't just go into ANY body, it has to be made into a vessel for his soul and if he just took the Sharingan before Sasuke had awoken it, he wouldn't be able to use it.
