Lets say that they were evenly matched in energy output because goku was sleeping during this whole scenario.
A regular resengan still needs contact while the kamehameha works like a stream.Goku would still have the advantage of launching it at any range he wanted too.

Shouldn't even try comparing them, DBZ is on a totally different level from Naruto.
DBZ Characters are meant to be strong enough to destroy worlds, Obviously Goku would win this.

Haha I mean Goku has the advantage by far here, awesome as Minato is. Nobody in Naruto has the raw power or durability of a Saiyan... plus Minato relies on his tagged kunai to teleport, Goku can instant transmission anywhere he likes at any time.
